School Entrance Requirements
Complete the Application
Proof of High School completion or equivalent
Applicants who have completed their high school education through home schooling are required to submit proof of a minimum 830 SAT score or a minimum ACT score of 17.
Atria Medical Institute does not accept IEP, Special Education, Technical, or vocational diplomas as the equivalent of a high school diploma
Be at least 18 years of age
Valid Driver’s license or state issued photo ID
Proof of US citizenship, permanent resident or authorization to work
Complete and submit Admission application in its entirety
Briefly type up and submit your reason for becoming a Medical Assistant (One paragraph only)

How long is the Medical Assistant course?
The medical assistant course is 18 weeks.
How much does the program cost?
There are scholarships available to cover all tuition and fees.
What do I need to do to qualify?
You need;
- High School diploma or GED
- Complete an enrollment application
- Pass pre-test
- Provide details on why you want to be a Medical Assistant

Will I be able to get a medical assistant position after graduation?
What is your COVID-19 policy?
Attendance during the pandemic has changed the rules of school admissions at many institutions. Atria Medical Institute (AMI) recommends all students, faculty and staff to have completed the COVID vaccination series prior to attending the first class. Throughout the duration of the program, students will be responsible to self-evaluate and promptly report any symptoms to AMI faculty. If symptoms associated with COVID-19 are present students will be required to quarantine or isolate.
